SUMMARY

For this design review engagement, Abbey Road assisted the client in modifying their existing plans for a two-phase, mixed-use project located at the Twinbrook Metro station in Rockville. We worked closely with the design team and the internal client project team to find more cost-effective parking solutions for the project, reprogram the amenity spaces, improve the functionality of the retail space, and provide a more rational and marketable set of floor plans and elevations.
