This site was originally approved for office use, and was planned to be the third tower for CGI-AMS, whose headquarters are directly across the street. By converting the property from office to residential use in a mix of product types, the project contributes to the remaking of this part of Fairfax County as a mixed use environment with exciting, contemporary architecture.
