SUMMARY

This is Abbey Road's first development project, which is currently in the entitlements and design phase. 2201 North Pershing Drive is an older retail center located at the intersection of Pershing Drive and Arlington Boulevard in North Arlington, within walking distance of the Clarendon and Courthouse Metro stations. The proposed redevelopment will bring revitalization to a somewhat neglected corner of this exciting neighborhood, and provide new, community-serving retail uses in a more competitive and better designed format. This project represents the type of infill, mixed use, smart growth redevelopment which is Abbey Road's specialty.
