Traville was one of the first mixed use master plan zoning cases in the County, and includes the corporate headquarters of Human Genome Sciences, R&D flex space, a grocery-anchored retail center, and affordable senior housing in addition to the Avalon apartments. The community was designed to complement the adjacent single family neighborhood, with a variety of smaller scale building designs featuring the largest floor plans in the market.
